At the moment I'm trying everything and more to try to overcome those 10 $ per day.
Until some time ago I used only plugrush, now I'm testing new services and new combinations. (without great success).
I'm also still using the site r-update.com (eg
http://www.r-update.com/?u=http://ww...dpics.com/3112). It is a site that I did it because the code mobile plugrush gave problems with the search engines. So I created this site they point to all my outgoing links. I removed the mobile code to all the sites and put it only on this.
At the moment, not much use, are undecided whether to keep it or remove it.
