I get what you are saying. A true trangsgender person..lets say male to female has 0 interest in girls, so it is not like they will get off on being in there sexually.
The issue is, that it doesn't need to be everyones problem. They could easily install a small family changeroom for people in bewteen sexes, or people uncomfortable being naked in front of others. Instead now everyone has to accept something different, and go beyond acceptance, you need to feel comfortable getting naked in front of them as well.
That is what you are saying.
