Yes, that one. In Russia it's known as Caribbean crisis. Right now we have no nukes on Cuba as well as the States have no nukes in Turkey, but the overall situation is very unstable. If one of the sides make a mistake, it may start a chain reaction which will end up very bad to both Russians and citizens of NATO countries.
