Many of the deals I've done on GFY have been done with a cyber-handshake. The most money I've ever made in my lifetime in such a short amount of time, were with a handshake over the internet. But not without some due diligence on my part. I'm sorry, but you'd have to be a moron to not realize this dude didn't need access to bank accounts.
