I remember all the DRAMA kicked up by Acacia when it started mailing webmasters about their patents. Lots of the big guys wouldn't be bothered and settled for pennies while a lot of the average players were intimidated and many had to settle for larger amounts.
I wonder whatever happened to Acacia.
