Thanks for your response Ray. I'm not trying to be difficult. I'm just a bit jaded from an experience with someone else offering backlinks, so I'm doing my due diligence.
If I were to use your service, how long would it take before I see meaningful results in my Google Webmasters Tools and/or Google Analytics stats?
