I did. But some terms are very restrictive and make no sense for an affiliate program.
Nastydollar for example: "No Promo Materials may be copied, reproduced, altered, modified, changed, broadcast, distributed, transmitted, disseminated, sold or offered for sale in anymanner except as expressly authorized in writing by NastyDollars."
Publishing on a website is "reproduction", "broadcasting", "distribution" and "transmittion" in my understanding.
Sapphiccash: "...shall not modify... file names... or other material for any purpose whatsoever."
