I see your logic. That is actually how negotiations are done - you tell the seller that his stuff is worth 3 times more than it is hoping that doing so would help you to get even a greater deal
Prior to this genius people tried to tell the seller that his stuff was worth less so that they could get a deal, but now we see how it should be done by geniuses
