If it's something that has to be passed to me which is of a non urgent nature then I'll get to it as soon as I can. I've been travelling most of the past two weeks and don't have much time to deal with anything not related to the support of our services.
If you have submitted a ticket about one of our services and have not received a reply please check your spam folder in case the reply ended up there. Currently there are no outstanding tickets in the support system and there are two others allocated to me of a non urgent nature which I will get to.
