He admitted to theft, not that I needed his admission but it sure won't hurt. The contract is very cut and dry, it clearly spells out the exact amount both parties are entitled to and since he had access to the account, he just decided to take all the money from it and prevent me from accessing it again so he could continue to keep everything that was rolling in. His wife who is also a party to this has about 20 arrests and has a pending shoplifting and unlawful entry case against her.
