It is past time to end the Olympics anyway.
Drug cheating is not the only problem. When countries which cannot really afford to host the Olympics do so anyway the cost of providing for the Olympics degrades the lives of the poorer citizens. Many of them are forced out of their homes to make way for Olympic construction.
