I don't recommend having a tube site on WordPress.
If you want to start a legit one which is scalable enough to hold couple million visitors per month - go for a custom application.
If you serious about it - buy content from studio houses.. I have got few friends in AMS, NL.. if you need let me know - will intro them.
Also you can sign up with leading production houses to get trailers and images - link back to their site - earn as affiliate.
If you want - we've got video grabbers and embeders to pull from various top tube sites to show them - initial stages to kick off the business with some traffic.
