I'm not surprised you find making decisions to arrive at goals strange. You already revealed that by not understanding those coaches had to show support for the team and as smart managers quickly realized the upside in doing so and consequently, not reluctant about their smart choice. That team will quickly be back out on the gridiron and playing hard for coach. I get that.
