I get the feeling he was not interested in money, but just having fun.
I do not even think he cared about success. He just had the ability to see things others could not.
I bet if he was alive today he would be involved with computers and mobile phones.
If his aim was to make money, I do not think he would have made snow white, as the cost to make the film was huge and no one expected it would have made a profit.
Even disneyland seems to be just a place for him to play.
A lot of what he does seems more like a technology firm of today. The way he even has these ideas people. Looks at new methods. Even who he gets to make his films.
Those early alice films are from the 20's. Yet very cleverly done.
