2 days ago, I received an demand from a customer on my Iphone. I log in quick in my CCBill admin panel : I need to create a new payment join form.
After 3 tries in a row, with their damn mega slow server, it just doesn't work.I get a little upset and ask their live help to create a new flex form join page for me.
The first thing the tech does is not helping me, it is verifying my passport last 4 digits cause he "doesn't want to change my account without verifying that it is me".
I do not have my fucking 4 digits pass and I am not asking to change my bank info I am asking to create a new join form because their server doesn't work correctly and on top of that, I am logged into my own CCBill admin panel. Its not like if I called them on the phone or something.
I was pissed off. Really not impressed.
