Do you mean when Ukrainians shot down Flight 17? Ask them about it, because I have no idea why they don't. FYI MH17 was guided by the Ukrainian operators to over the Ukrainian war zone where it was shot down by the Ukrainian rebels (army?) in the Ukrainian sky. I live in Russia so I have no relation to that accident.
