Do you know what Durov's vk.com is full of CP and pirated content. So it's blocked in many countries like Germany etc.
As about navalny.com, so it's available to everyone here. Actually Lesha Navalny is the only Russian politician I respect. I have voted for him during the recent Moscow mayor elections, I've meet him personally and shaken his hand for everything he did for my country.
