There is nothing that can be done. Even doing nothing won't help. Bombing will radicalize even more. Stopping refugees will radicalize more. Letting refugees in will import terrorists, inflame tensions and radicalize more. Not bombing will leave Isis growing stronger.
It's a total mess.
My choice would be to recognize that Assad is the least terrible option. There is no peaceful solution that ends up any different to Libya.
