First, two things:
1. You ignored what I've wrote above and picked up just one sentence. Go back and read complete sentence.
2. The concept of Central Europe is based on a common historical, social and cultural identity and not as precise geographical term (statement taken from link you pasted). On the same link you gave, you can see Yugoslavia was considered central european state during time of iron curtain and I hope you know that Bosnia and Kosovo were regions in Yugoslavia. Let me paste it for you from the link you used : "

So as long as Bosnia and Kosovo are between European a EU countries (Italy,Greece,Hungary,Croatia,etc...) that means you have two muslim states inside europe (not somewhere on the borders)
Anyway, that is less important as I am concerned than what you told that Bosnia is not a Muslim state. Not sure where have you been and why , but I hope you are aware that Bosnia and Herzegovina are made from two parts. Bigger and dominant Serbian state (Serb Republic) and Federation (Muslim and Croatian entity). All of that is temporary and all of them are there against their will. Serbian republic is forced by west to be a part of non functional state where hate toward other dominates what is normal after years of bloody war.
Serbian Republic don't want to be part of that "frankenstein" state but "west" is not letting them be part of Serbia. On the other hand, west created new Muslim state in Kosovo by force.
My relatives live there and I was there many times so I am not really sure what you saw in Bosnia that is " not muslim state" as you say. And to show you how in right you are, this is only few days statement from Bosnian Muslims telling that their hearts are full now when they saw french people suffering :
They are full of Wahabbists and are completely fucked. I guess you somehow missed Hoja screaming from the Mosques while you were there.
