Actually Authorize.net dont process yes but they are able to find banks/processing units for you so you can use their gateway in your website , Authorize.net is only using for reporting things. Processing is helded by their sub-gateway processors.


I think Netbilling must be reduce the application fee and monthly statement fee.
For CCBill they dont require monthly statement fee and app fee. Also they allow for choosing only Visa for a starting option. So, we dont have to pay 1000 $ mastercard fee by this option. (But mastercard will not appear on payment page)
