I assume no research virologists are posting on GFY, so you saying vehemently that a positive person 100% can't transmit if they are medicated is based on what?

The presumption was implicit in the accusatory nature of your query. But whatever.
The study is not finished yet but it started i think in 2010 and there have been no transmissions last i checked. When it started, undetectable was viral load <500ml. Since then, testing has become more sensitive so undetectable = < 20ml. The study continues to be done at <500. Testing is done unprotected. Both gay and straight couples. So unless something drastically changes before the end of the study in 2017, which it wont, i would say 99.99% for unprotected anal if giver is on meds with a vl < 20 and much closer to 100% if protected vaginal.
