The study is not finished yet but it started i think in 2010 and there have been no transmissions last i checked. When it started, undetectable was viral load <500ml. Since then, testing has become more sensitive so undetectable = < 20ml. The study continues to be done at <500. Testing is done unprotected. Both gay and straight couples. So unless something drastically changes before the end of the study in 2017, which it wont, i would say 99.99% for unprotected anal if giver is on meds with a vl < 20 and much closer to 100% if protected vaginal.

There is no reason for you to get all butthurt about the obvious question raised by your extreme assertion that unprotected sex with HIV patients is totally fine.
Link to incomplete study upon which you base your passionate but totally not personal beliefs about HIV transmission?
