I know its Putin sayin' it but in a speech today he said 40 nations are funding IS, including a bunch from the G20. Not hard to believe but incredible just the same.
Must be weird and awful to be the French rep at G20 knowing people sitting around you contributed to the attacks on Paris. Fucked up world.
