I just watched a recorded (4 hrs ago) Periscope broadcast of guy laying around laughing, wearing a black hoodie watching Russian satellite tv that was geo located in Ar Raqqa, Syria.
His buddy had a full auto rifle and there was no gunfire or bombs to be heard.
