The ciminal empire created and funds ISIS so why would one of the puppets of the criminal empire bomb something that they create and fund? Of course they are going to bomb Syrian civilians then then report that they bombed ISIS. It is what the potato heads want to hear and it makes them all warm and fuzzy inside and something to brag about on their Facebook walls.
