my fucking landlord is trying to get me out of my office on the lie that the building is unsafe. basically they are trying to avoid the need of a putting in a totally new roof when they bought the property to bulldoze it and develop.

i have 1.5 years on my lease and they said i need to be our in 30 fucking days.
