I don't think you're getting it. Paypal is free because they don't allow adult transactions (except through epoch). Being in the adult industry means high risk payment processing. Those high annual fees are because we're classified as high risk. You're not going to be able to get around the fees without being non adult, otherwise we'd just all use paypal.
