Yes agreed. The laws on swords are to lax. Anyone can walk into a sword convention and buy swords. I dont live in a world where i need to protect myself with a sword.
If im a law abiding citizen i shouldnt have the right to protect my family with a sword. BAN SWORDS!
Id feel much safer knowing only criminals and the government have access to swords. The government will always protect me with their swords
