We use Verotel with Amember as Jason has stated and Amember the best solution I have found for WordPress memberships.
We also use Verotel Flexpay with Woocommerce for downloadable content, both CC and Bitcoin. This is a custom solution and if anyone needs the plugins, let me me know.
