Next thing I'll do is create a Google Webmaster Tools Account (as much as i hate it) .. and add one of the sites he had copied, just to file with that adress a DCMA complaint... Lets see if that works as a more permanent solution, as for now he will be able to serverhop if ever he gets suspended.
