No, from several reasons:
1. they were there for 17 seconds (if that is true,it is Turkish version while Russians say they didn't)
2. They didn't saw it as provocation,otherwise they would go with escort who would save bomber if they thought this is provocation
3. There is a war in Syria going on and they were bombing inside Syria. Problem is that they bombed Turkish allies and fucked their oil trade that was financing terrorists for years and that is a main reason why they were attacked.
4. Russkies and US had a meeting recently and established rules to avoid these kind of stuff. Ruskies were naive to believe and this is a mistake that probably won't happen anymore
5. Worst of all is that you guys are willing to support Turkey and islam terrorists instead of Russians and that is simply sick. There should be no shock or condemnation next time when muslims hit EU or US.
6. It is not about violation of airspace because Turks are doing it all the time.It is retaliation for ruining their business with terrorists. Again, this is report from NATO member, Greece so Turks are the last one who should talk about violation.
