You have your facts a bit confused... The affiliate tour still ran through CCBill until about this time last year. I had CCBill sales into late November. The CCBill processing was quietly replaced with Epoch on that tour, WITHOUT any notification to existing affiliates.
That is essentially traffic theft, which is the "history" a number of others have eluded to. It was discussed here, though it took until early March for someone to notice and finally post it here...
