Maybe install an airport scanner at the entrance of every bus, coach, shop, mall, restaurant, coffee shop, burger bar,theatre, cinema, sports ground, school, university, hospital, doctors surgery, and every where else more than 3 people meet.
So people can have their right to bear arms and others not get killed for doing nothing.
