In a world where a waitress argues with a "maybe" drunk loser with a gun, in a shit hole diner, in a shit hole town, over a lousy fucking cigarette and over a no smoking rule -- that's where.
I am in no way justifying her being shot dead but it's just an obvious accident waiting to happen. If you are going to confront someone you don't know over some petty rule at 1 AM in the morning -- you are putting yourself in a dangerous situation.
