We do not require an invoice and no one from our company (that I am aware of) has ever asked anyone to provide an invoice for payment.
Also, I have not received an email from you regarding this.
In the future please contact me directly with any issues or concerns. It is usually faster and doesnt lend to the spread of misinformation. I am on vacation atm, but my skype is on and I check my email daily and I am always happy to help.
