i read the article.
and i find it hilarious that Trudeau thinks that Canada getting back on track to stop global warming means giving billions to 3rd world countries. still waiting for trudeau to mention what, you know, Canada will actually do itself to curb global warming. besides the fact your economy is in a downward spiral.
it's not like Canada is a shiny beacon of green living.
