Kiev is fine, a little overpriced, but if you bring dollars you'd be golden, especially now.
Odessa keeps partying no matter what.
Dnepropetrovsk, my ex home town, that's a shit hole for sure, but really cheap now.
Lvov is fine if you stay close to the center where they built a Polish like pedestrian zone.
Cheap sushi would be my choice.
Western people would be surprised seeing women wearing evening make up and high heels
on a daily basis in the morning and day hours - expect instant boners at times
))
But, on a short note, I'd advice to take a trip to CZ or Slovakia, in case you're looking
to get laid.
