You understand that this is your opinion right? I tend to agree with you in part. The third world is getting better all the time. A huge move in most countries is the education of women. They then have less babies and the whole system improves. I too have spent a ton of time in the third world and the other thing they lack is capital. So pouring in some money with a specific purpose is cool if it gets to that purpose.
