you are assuming the west "helps" the 3rd world and that it "pours cash" in to them just out of the goodness of their corporate hearts

its like this: every cent a 3rd world country gets from the west is used only, and I mean ONLY, to corrupt and for nothing else...

keep in mind that the USA is a system where 1000$/pill or 1trillion$ student debt is completely normal...if it does this to its own citizens, I do not know how a person in his right mind would think the USA gives any sort of real aid to other countries

you want the 3rd world to develop?? give them nukes and a way to deliver so they can tell the USA to fuck off...otherwise you can count on the 3rd world becoming like that district 9 movie
