thats not true.
there are pirate sites which shows thousands of infringing pages on same domain , still they are active. ref: transparencyreport
the only way you can get domain's main page removed is, if domain's main page is hosting/showing infringing material.
thats how i guess kickass lost their main page.
and that is why torrentz is using torrentz.eu/my page for recent listings , so they dont loose their main page in google.
thats my theory , i can be wrong though.
