I ride a trail built by """"""""""""US Aid""""""""""" near my mountain house close to Zlatibor....it was money given to a local politician that built a gravel road to his village, where he has an old family house, it cost around 2 million euros, his company did the job, my friend supplied the machines, we use the road as an ATV trail, we are truly the only ones who ride it...I even have a photo somewhere where it says "donated by US aid from the american people" LOL
there is no such thing as "aid"...there is no such thing as "rebuilding"...it is all a scam just like the war that preceded it...
go to iraq and see all the "aid" and "rebuilding" LOL
