This isn't about invoices. It's about using feeble unsubstantiated and indefensible hand-waving talk of vague and malleable EU tax standards to slow down the velocity of affiliate payments, or to just flat-out take and keep those monies, at a time when all the reputable European programs are somehow managing to pay their affiliates just fine.

It's about stealing, not about paperwork. And no, the affiliates who understand it aren't going to "get over it" or shut up about it.
