the only way you can get domain's main page removed is, if domain's main page is hosting/showing infringing material.

thats how i guess kickass lost their main page.
and that is why torrentz is using torrentz.eu/my page for recent listings , so they dont loose their main page in google.

thats my theory , i can be wrong though.
I dunno. Just relaying what the person at Google told me. I just looked up the old email and here it is word for word:
