Hi, I run a website which focus on nude pictures and videos of models.We have not used any affiliates until now and I need some advice.

My focus is mainly running the website and making sure that we produce enough content.

My questions are:
- We have just started using CCBill`s affiliate system. Should I also use someone else?
- Is the standard 50% to the affiliates?

Because of my lack of time I would like to have someone to do the job of managing everything with the affiliates and contacting potential new ones + upload picture and videos they can use, create the banners for them and so on... Is there anyone who specialise in doing this job for adult websites?
