WTF is going on there right now? I've clicked various TV channels (DW, BBC, CNN, RT): they all showing the same picture of a black minivan and two armored police cars around it. They say they don't know is there is someone was inside or still inside. I don't understand that. If they are not sure, why don't they get into the minivan and check it out?
