But the people saying those things are not part of the legal system as it applies to any possible criminal action against Deen....they are part of the general public. If any of those people get called as jurors in a trial against Deen,, they would probably be excused from serving due to their bias. So their statements do not actually go against the entire purpose of the legal system. |
