it was nothing to you personally, really. just more of a general comment. health/fitness nut types tend to think they are better than others and seem to be addicted to working out. you don't sound like the extreme type i am talking about though, i don't think 4 times a week is obsessive. i'd say 1-2 hours daily would be.
