4-5 times a week 60-90 minutes a session. I also bike, snowboard, ski, longboard, hike, etc. I like to stay active and healthy...if im obsessed then so be it. Ill take this over being overweight and riddled with health problems.
Bodybuilders are a different story all together. The majority are drug addicts with poor self image.
