That's why my ICQ is always on invisible. I too got burnt out on chatting when I was trying to get work done..
So on topic I still use icq but you'll never get a response from "hey what's up?" (unless you are a hot chick). Simple say hi and if I don't respond right away then ask me a short version of why you IMed and if and when I'm around I'll get back to you.
