Is anyone aware of an app or website that will automate post scheduling?

For example, post X every Wednesday at 15.02
or post Y Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 08.00

I know I can schedule within the posts on Facebook (business pages) but I currently am copying and pasting a new scheduled post each time.
